Workshop Agenda for RMGPA

Introduction: We will first determine each participant’s particular interests and concerns to aid in the selection of topics and the amount of time spent on each topic. This will be followed by a brief overview of the RFP process, major problems, steps to success and the agenda for the day.

The workshop is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the process. Part B provides the participants with working copies of great documents that can be easily introduced into their jurisdictions. Part C deals with web sites that provide information to guide in the solution of RFP-related problems. Part C identifies the Ten Best Web Sites for RFP Information.
